What You'll Need

  • High speed blender
  • Coffee grinder (for grinding seeds)
  • Measuring cup
  • Tablespoon
  • Teaspoon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons raw almonds (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons raw golden flaxseeds (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon raw quinoa (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon raw coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower lecithin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 scoop Youngevity's Sta-Natural Plant-Based Protein Shake Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of Youngevity's Beyond Osteo-FX

Use only raw seeds for ingredients and avoid roasted seeds. All ingredients are made from organic food.

Instructions

Use the coffee grinder to grind down almonds to a fine powder. Then pour almond powder into the high speed blender. Repeat this step with the quinoa, pumpkin and flaxseed. After all the grounded seeds are in the blender, place all other ingredients in the blender. Then blend ingredients until smooth. If needed, add more non-dairy milk or water to thin out thickness until you reach desired consistency. Pour into glass cup to serve. Serving size depends on how much non-dairy milk or water is added.
