What You'll Need
Serving size 1 adult, (for 2 adults double all the ingredients).
- High speed blender
- 1 ripe avocado sliced with no dark spots on the flesh (frozen)
- 1/2 banana peeled, sliced (frozen)
- 2 soft pitted Medjool dates remove seeds (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean powder
- 2 scoops of Youngevity's Sta-Natural Plant-Based Protein Shake - Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of Youngevity's Beyond Osteo-FX Liquid
- 2 1/2 cups full of cold unsweetened, almond milk, or chocolate almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt (optional)
All ingredients are made from organic food.
Instructions
Place all food ingredients in the high speed blender, including cocoa/cacao and vanilla bean powder. Blend ingredients until smooth. Then add 2 scoops of the Sta-Natural Plant-Based protein powder with 2 teaspoons of Beyond Osteo-FX Liquid in the mix. After, blend until all ingredients are fully mixed smoothly. If needed, add more almond milk to thin out thickness until you reach desired consistency. Serving size depends on how much almond milk is used.
