What You'll Need
- High speed blender
- Coffee grinder (for grinding seeds)
- Measuring cup
- Tablespoon
- Teaspoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold unsweetened almond milk or chocolate almond milk
- 1 ripe avocado sliced with no dark spots on the flesh (frozen)
- 1/3 banana (frozen)
- 2 soft pitted Medjool dates remove seeds (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon raw chia seeds (ground)
- 1 tablespoon raw brown flaxseeds (ground)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean powder
- 1 tablespoon sunflower lecithin powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 scoop of Youngevity's Sta-Natural Plant-Based Protein Shake Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of Youngevity's Beyond Osteo-FX Liquid
Use only raw seeds for ingredients and avoid roasted seeds. All ingredients are made from organic food.
Instructions
Grind seeds to a powder then place with all food ingredients into the blender, including cacao and vanilla bean powder. Blend ingredients for 6 seconds. Then add 1 scoop of the Sta-Natural Plant-Based protein powder with 2 tablespoons of Beyond Osteo-FX Liquid in the mix. After, blend until all ingredients are fully mixed smoothly. If necessary, add more almond milk to thin out thickness until you reach desired consistency. Serving size depends on how much almond milk is used. Finally, pour into a cup to serve and enjoy the deliciousness!
