What You'll Need
- High speed blender
- Coffee grinder (for grinding seeds and almonds)
- Measuring cup
- Tablespoon
- Teaspoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups sliced frozen or fresh ripe peaches
- 1/3 banana (frozen)
- 2 tablespoons raw golden flaxseeds (ground)
- 2 tablespoon raw almonds (ground)
- 1 tablespoon sunflower lecithin powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2 scoops Youngevity's Beyond Tangy Tangerine (immune system support)
- 2 tablespoons Youngevity's Beyond Osteo-FX Liquid (bone and joint support)
Use only raw seeds for ingredients and avoid roasted seeds. All ingredients are made from organic food.
Instructions
First, use the coffee grinder to grind almonds and flaxseeds. Then, place ground almonds and flaxseeds into the blender then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well until the texture is creamy and smooth. Serving size may vary.
